Flags

Last week we painted silk to make flags. Today we have created a flag ritual using bells and wood for sounds and music, placing and folding the flags, and mounting onto poles.
We then performed a flag waving ritual.

Ritual 3

Continuing with creating our own rituals, today we have made more rituals using bells, wood blocks and sounds and exploring repeated ritualistic movement. We also started painting a flag that will be used next week.

Bells

Bells have always played a part in rituals and ceremonies. Today we have explored ringing and jingling sounds, creating and performing our own rituals with the bells.

Today we have experimented with wood to create our own rituals.  From cane lines and patterns to walking paths and placing wood blocks. We finished by making special spaces.
